Hi, I'm Amee, founder of GrowLab.
I'm a serial entrepreneur, educator and lifelong learner with a passion for helping young people feel confident about the future.
Over the years, I've built businesses from the ground up, developed brands, created educational programs and worked across industries where I've seen first-hand how financial confidence, entrepreneurial thinking and practical life skills can open doors and create opportunities.
As a business owner, I'm constantly learning, adapting and embracing new ideas. More recently, that has included exploring how AI is transforming the way we learn, work and solve problems. I believe preparing young people for the future means helping them understand not only money, but also the world they're growing up in.
My passion for GrowLab is also deeply personal.
As a parent, I've often found myself wondering why some of life's most important lessons - understanding money, navigating work, recognising opportunities and making informed decisions - are often learned through trial and error rather than being taught with confidence from an early age.
I believe every young person deserves access to these skills, regardless of their background.
I'm a firm believer in lifelong learning and a whole-person approach to success. Financial capability is important, but so are curiosity, resilience, wellbeing, relationships and the confidence to keep learning throughout life. Those values shape not only how I live, but how GrowLab is designed.
GrowLab brings together my experience as a business consultant, entrepreneur, educator and lifelong learner with my belief that every young person deserves the confidence and capability to navigate and succeed in life.
